Since 2009 we have successfully placed many local families into private rented accommodation in West London. We work in partnership with various agencies to help house families and individuals on low incomes, specialising in the key worker sector.

We focus on improving the intermediate housing market, particularly helping Londoners on modest incomes access quality accommodation. We also provide specialist housing for older, disabled and retired Londoners.

Our aim is to deliver real benefit to society through the work we do. As the Mayor of London once said “Those who contribute to London’s success should benefit from that success” Our business plan provides the right foundation and we have worked extremely hard to define our development strategy and to build up an experienced team with a reputation for delivery. Strong relationships with Government and Commercial enterprises are essential to our cause.

We manage around 400 properties across West London from our bright, modern offices in Chiswick- and we’re still growing. We are an ambitious organisation with a passionate team and a clear customer focus.
